Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Request Timeline: You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your package. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. When you return, we will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days.

  2. Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items, Freebies, and Gift Cards: These items are non-returnable.
  • Swimwear: Due to hygiene considerations, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
  • Accessories and Final Sale Products: These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or arrive damaged.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We currently allow one exchange per order, so please confirm the details before returning.

Refunds

  1. Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.

  2. Tracking Information: To expedite your refund, please provide the tracking number and logistics carrier information once your return is shipped.

  1. Shipping Costs: If you decide to return an item due to personal preference or if you selected the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Please carefully check product information, including sizing, before purchasing.

  2. Non-refundable Charges: Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is damaged, faulty, or the package is lost or damaged during shipping.

  3. Return Address: Do not send returns to the address listed on your package, as this is not our return center. Our dedicated return centers are located in the United States and Hong Kong, where we process all returned items.
